Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. We are closed on weekends and Statutory Holidays

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if the order has not been processed. Please email orders@bellaandgaia.com during business hours for immediate assistance.

Quantity Restrictions

We have a cap on orders of more than 6 units per item. Requests for higher volumes are subject to approval before shipping. We do not allow items to be purchased for resale and we reserve the right to refuse service to a customer that we believe has violated this policy. If you are purchasing multiple quantities for personal use or gifting, please contact us directly at orders@bellaandgaia.com for special order handling.

Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your Password for your account, please click on the option “Forgotten Password” for a link to be sent to your email to reset your password.

Club B&G Membership Sign-up/Cancellations

Club B&G Membership boxes are shipped on a quarterly basis, namely February, May, August and November.

A 30 day notice is required for membership sign-up or cancellations. If you sign up or cancel your membership less than 30 days before the scheduled month, the following cycle will be applied. e.g. If you sign up on the 15th January, you will only receive the May box. If you cancel your membership on the 9th January, you will still receive your February box but the May box will be cancelled. Please email info@bellaandgaia.com if you have any further questions.

Address Incorrectly entered

We can make a change to your shipping address only if the order has not been processed. Please contact our Customer Service Team on orders@bellaandgaia.com if you would like us to make any changes. Please note that once an order has been submitted, it is not possible to edit the billing details.

Request to ship my order to different addresses:

Our website does not allow for any options to split up one order into multiple addresses. Instead you will need to place multiple orders and select a different shipping address for each order. To request help placing larger orders that are to be shipped to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service Team at orders@bellaandgaia.com

Gift Cards

Bella and Gaia offers an option to purchase a gift card for that special someone. If you have been gifted one, you may redeem your Gift Card at bellaandgaia.com at check-out.

Please note: If your Gift Card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will be kept on your Gift Card and can be redeemed in subsequent orders, subject to applicable law.

If your order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by another valid form of payment. You can also contact our Customer Service Team at orders@bellaandgaia.com to inquire about your balance.

To purchase a gift card, click on “Gifting” on the main page of the website. You will be able to purchase a gift card and have it delivered to an address of your choice. Handwritten message options are available.

Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
